Usability test
A Usability Test was conducted to evaluate the Smart Claim app. A total of 6 users participated in the test, including 2 remote sessions. The users' interactions with the app were carefully observed to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and frustrations while using the Smart Claim app.
The test results were analyzed and compiled into a report, which highlighted key findings and insights about the app's usability. These findings were then presented to stakeholders in a scheduled meeting, where they were discussed in detail and prioritized for action.
Overall, the Usability Test helped to identify areas of improvement for the Smart Claim app, ensuring that it meets the needs of its users in a user-friendly and efficient manner.
